about me
Meet Brianna
Hi, I'm Brianna, owner and founder of Alimenta Collective.
Alimenta Collective began as the first step toward a dream of creating a healthcare space that feels connected, compassionate, and collaborative. The name Alimenta comes from the Latin word meaning to nourish—a reminder that nourishment extends beyond food to include our relationships, communities, movement, rest, and overall well-being. My vision is to grow Alimenta Collective into a place where practitioners work together to provide thoughtful, whole-person care.
My journey to nutrition began on the pre-med track, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science before realizing I wanted to focus on preventing illness and addressing root causes rather than simply treating symptoms. I went on to earn my Master's degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health, where I found an approach that aligned with my values.
Today, I help clients build sustainable, joyful relationships with food through compassionate, evidence-based care. As a queer provider, I'm committed to creating an inclusive space where every person feels welcome, respected, and truly heard.

Beyond the Office
When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me with my little family. I share my home with my amazing partner Jasper, three very spoiled cats—Peem Pom, Jules, and Rodger—along with Ivy, my snake, and Fin, my fish.
I love spending my free time with hobbies that help me slow down and create. You'll often find me reading a good book, knitting or crocheting, tending to my garden, baking sourdough bread, or spending time outdoors. Many of these activities remind me of what nourishment really means: caring for ourselves, connecting with nature, creating with our hands, and finding joy in everyday rituals.
